About our Laguna Niguel insulation contractor team

Why I started this business
I spent years doing upkeep for a property management company, which put me in a lot of attics and crawl spaces and showed me what rushed insulation looks like a few years later. I kept finding new fill dumped over old material full of droppings, eave vents buried and gaps around can lights left open. I started this business in 2013 to do that work properly and to explain it while I'm at it. Most of our calls come from homeowners, landlords and property managers in Laguna Niguel and the cities around it, often about a hot upstairs, a drafty room over the garage or a power bill that keeps climbing, because our long, dry stretches of heat and the Santa Ana winds find a thin attic fast. I care that you understand your own house when we leave, so you can spot a shortcut, and I'd rather tell you a smaller job will do than sell you a bigger one. You'll find everything we do on our home page.

What you can expect when we work on your house
You see what's up there before you decide
I walk your attic, walls or crawl space with you and share photos of what I found, from the inches already up there to anything soaked or full of droppings. You'll understand your house in plain words before we ask you to choose anything, so the written estimate makes sense when it arrives.
Sealing and repairs come before insulation
We start with air sealing, which means closing the gaps around can lights, pipes and the attic hatch, and we fix anything that needs fixing first, because insulation laid over a draft or a wet spot just hides the problem. Putting the work in that order usually means your money goes where it counts.
The same person from walk-through to final look
I usually do the walk-through and estimate myself, our own small crew of installers does the work, and I check in on the job and come back for the final look with you. We keep the eave vents clear and the edges as deep as the middle, so the next person who opens that hatch is glad to find it.
